Returns/Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund as long as you follow the return guidelines below:

All items must be unused

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging intact, with all tags attached

Items must be sent back within 30 calendar days from the date you received the order

We do not accept any returns on underwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at here or at info.alfioclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds
Payments will be refunded back onto your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 5 working days for processing upon receipt of your item, and 4 working days for the refund to clear into your account. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.
You will not be refunded the initial postage cost unless a mistake has been made by Alfio.
Shipping Services
We are not responsible for any issues with the shipping carrier during the return process.
