Orders

When placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming your purchase. Once we create your shipping label, you will be sent another email with your tracking number.

US orders will be delivered within approximately 10 days from your purchase. Deliveries to Canada may take an extra 2-3 days. During holidays, Black Friday Week, and Christmas, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.

Alfio will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User is incorrect.

Shipping Fees

​

Our shipping fees are calculated at checkout by the size and weight of the item and your location. On average, you can expect shipping to cost around $10. If you purchase more than one item, fees will be determined by the largest item in your cart.

 

Our supported shipping providers include UPS, USPS, and Canada Post. Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Supported Countries

​

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates can be high without an established location, and we want to ensure our customers receive the best possible value. We're currently exploring better solutions for international shipping and hope to offer improved options soon.
